We pay the greatest attention to detail to ensure that your Danbury Campervan is built to the highest possible standard.
Our small team of craftsmen and technicians take great care to make our vans some of the best you will see in the industry.
Using the T6.1 as our base vehicle, our campervans combine German engineering with exceptionally high spec conversion options. Read on for more information about what happens to your Transporter when you choose a Danbury Campervan.

A blank canvas
Once the van arrives from Volkswagen at our Bridgwater factory, our team checks it over to make sure they are starting with a vehicle that is everything that it should be.
Our technician Aaron will then strip out the factory seats and the rest of the interior and it will go up on the ramp to have its heater fitted along with the frame for the RIB rock and roll bed.
Next – the roof comes off! In order to convert the van into having a pop top, the roof has to be meticulously cut out with a jigsaw. Once we have fitted our premium elevating roof and roof bed, we start to build up the inside.
Next, we fit the flooring, RIB frame and furniture. The carpeting, flooring, RIB frame and insulation panels are then installed, wiring is carried out and the furniture fitted. Our carpenter Sol takes great pains to ensure the furniture is flawless, before the RIB bed and roof bed are also fixed into place.

The finishing touches
Once all that is done, finishing touches are made such as fitting the curtains along with any other extra features you have chosen. Our team then gives the finished vehicle a final examination to ensure that everything is as immaculate as you would expect from a Danbury campervan.
We then schedule a collection and handover appointment, where we provide you with a comprehensive guide through all the features of your new camper and answer any questions you may have.
All that’s then left for you to do is to hit the road in your new custom built Danbury campervan…
